Property Fix Cycle does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you enter in the app stays on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not use any third-party analytics or advertising.

Property Fix Cycle ("PropFixCycle", "we", "us", or "our") is an iOS application and accompanying website located at PropFixCycle.com. The app is developed and published by Graysoft Consulting Service Pty (Ltd) and helps homeowners and property hosts track recurring home maintenance tasks.

2. Data collected by the iOS app

We collect no personal data through the app. Specifically:

• All task data you create (names, dates, categories, notes) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage only.
• No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party server.
• No account, email address, or personal information is required to use the app.
• We do not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or advertising networks within the app.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

3. Notifications

The app uses on-device local notifications to remind you when maintenance tasks are due. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are never routed through our servers or any third party. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Property Fix Cycle.

4. Data collected by this website

This website (PropFixCycle.com) may collect limited data in the following ways:

• Launch notification form: If you voluntarily submit your email address to be notified at launch, that email is sent directly to us via your default email app. We use it only to send you a single notification when the app becomes available on the App Store. We do not add you to any marketing list or share your email with anyone.
• Web hosting logs: Our hosting provider (Namecheap) may automatically log standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard practice for web servers and is governed by Namecheap's privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify or track individual visitors.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). We do not track your behavior across websites.

6. Third-party services

The app does not integrate with any third-party services. The website is a static HTML page with no embedded third-party scripts, fonts loaded from external CDNs, or social media widgets.

7. Children's privacy

Property Fix Cycle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the app collects no data at all, it is safe for use by anyone.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because all app data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control. To delete all data associated with the app, simply delete the app from your iPhone. All task data will be permanently removed.

If you submitted your email address via the launch notification form on this website and would like it removed, please use our Contact Us form and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because we collect no personal data through the app, these rights are largely satisfied by the app's architecture.
